Hi,
I really struggled to install this theme. After few attempts I managed it but can only view content via the recovery mode as there is an issue with the Grimlock for Jetpack plugin.Also, the installed theme does not look the same as your demo.
What could have gone wrong knowing that I have also added the flowing into the wp-config file

Thank you for getting back to me.
I deleted the plugin and installed the one you provided with the same issue.
I also deleted the site and started over again this time I activated all the plugins first with the same issue.Also, there are few area’s where the site is not the same as the demo i.e. the main nav menu and the user profile.

Concerning the demo installation, note that the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
Finally, this topic might also catch your attention as one of our user shared the server configuration that has helped him to solve a similar issue:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/import-content-page-loading-forever/#post-12500Once all these steps are checked, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.

Thank you for the fast reply.
The reason the plugin was fixed is you’ve installed Version 1.0.8 which and the one used originally was Version 1.0.71. I’ve included a screen shot of the differences between the demo and my installation.
2. Also, if the the register button clicked the popup comes with no white background
Usually, we install a demo which replicates the developer’s own demo so users do not have to do extra changes.Many thanks for your support.

Indeed. There was definitely an issue in our plugin Grimlock for Jetpack so we fixed it and released a new update of this plugin. This is why we updated this plugin on your website to fix this issue. 🙂
You’re completely right. You should have the exact same demo imported on your website. As the the demo is not completely imported, our best guess is that a problem occurred during the import. This is why I send you all the common issues and their resolutions. This way we’ll proceed by elimination to find out exactly what your problem is related to.
Can you confirm you checked all the steps mentioned, please?

The common issues and their resolutions do not apply to my imported theme as I had no issue with importing the content is the layout that is not the same as your demo which is becoming frustrating.
I buy themes all the time and import demo data for clients so I know what I am doing, unfortunately I think there is an issue with your demo import tool that is causing this.I have tried few times to import the demo data from fresh installs but having the same result every time.
Your theme is one of the best, hence selecting it for our next project, and really don’t have the time to start fixing small issues.
If you have a resolution to our issue, please let me know so that I can implement, otherwise I will have no other choice but to find an alternative which I really do not want as I love your design and layout.Many thanks

As I said, you should have the same demo as we have using the setup wizard.
We refreshed and installed a new demo, but we can’t reproduce your issue.
This issue seems related to your server. Our best guess is that there is a limit that prevent to import the demo completely.
Can you confirm you reached out to your hosting company and asked them to increase this limit for you, as suggested in my previous message with the commons issues? If you want to do it yourself, we suggest you to add the following snippet via FTP at the .htaccess file:php_value post_max_size 32M php_value upload_max_filesize 32M php_value memory_limit 256M php_value max_execution_time 300 php_value max_input_time 300 php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 86400
If you confirm theses changes have been made, are we free to reset you website and make some tests, please? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data.
Please note we’ll do our best to find the solution and make it work.

After some investigation, it seems there is an issue between you server and the Kirki plugin. As you can see in the attached screenshot, there is a mixed content error. I think it prevent the style to be load completely.
Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you.

I have installed the theme on a different hosting platform/provider and I can see theme imported successfully.
