Hi I am using the grimlock section on cera in widgets. Its working fine but I do note get to show any background pictures on it.
I go to widgets then add a grimlock section to the “after content” Everything that I enter is showing but when I add a background picture in “style” it does not show. (screenshot)

I can see it in the section when I pull up dev tools like so:
    (screenshot)

Yet on the frontend I don’t see it.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Stefan,

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂

Can you make sure there is no background color applied, please?

    We’re waiting for your feedback.

    Best,

    Hello Manathan,

Thank you for your answer. I made sure there is no background color and set everything to transparent. Still no luck…

Thank you for your feedback Stefan. 🙂

It’s very odd. My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

    Thank you.

I am boiling down to the problem now. In the customizer you see the background and then if you go in a regular browser you don’t. Is there a way to maybe regenerate css somehow?
