Hello,
After, updating to version 1.3.1 of Grimlock WooCommerce, my cart dropdown and the checkout page aren’t seem to be working.
Cart Dropdown: doesn’t show items in the cart when you click the dropdown.
Checkout Page: Is stuck in loading mode for the “Payment Section” and the “Your Order” section (right hand side). To get to the cart you are forced to manually enter the URL:

Hi Christian,
We made some test buty it seems we can’t reproduce this issue on our demos. For this reason, we think that your issue might is probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.

Hello,
I believe I found the issue (CSS snippet).
Could you please tell me why the cart dropdown opens the cart page directly or randomly shows the items in the cart. Meaning clicking on the cart dropdown isn’t constant.
Thanks,

Hi Christian,
I’m glad to read you’ve been able to solve this!
We made some tests, but all seems working fine on our demo. Note that this issue might be related to a JS issue. When this kind of issue is occuring, it might prevent AJAX loads, tooltips, dropdowns, tuners, and other elements to function properly. In case you’re facing this issue again, could you please share the content of your console?
Let me know if you need more explanations.

Hello,
Could you please tell me what JS handles the cart dropdown. Also, what do you want to see in the console, as I don’t have any errors.
thanks,

Hi Cristian,
We have just released a new update of Grimlock for WooCommerce. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
Kindest regards,
