Group Links redirect back to homepage

Hi there, I am having trouble with users and guests trying to go to my website’s group page but it redirects to the homepage.

Web: http://www.boxxiegaming.xyz
Non-working link: https://boxxiegaming.xyz/groups/

I checked the ff:

– buddypress groups was setup correctly on the groups page
– menu is setup with the correct link

I can access the group fine using my logged in Admin account, but my logged in users and guest visitors can’t get to that link.

Our first guess is that you might have Paid Membership Pro plugin activated. This issue could come from its misconfiguration (and its BuddyPress add-on’s). Please make sure to deactivate Paid Membership Pro (and its BuddyPress add-on) to test if this is related to the configuration of these plugins.
