    Hi Landarch.org, 🙂

My first guess is that the Paid Memberships Role used for all your users has no access to the BuddyPress features. Can you please make sure you have unlocked BuddyPress for this role in Paid Memberships Pro settings? Please find the attached screenshot.

Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. In case you need more help to configure PMPro, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you: paidmembershipspro.com/support/.

Please don’t hesitate to tell me if changing this setting solve your issue. 🙂

We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.

To change this, go to Dashboard > Memberships > Settings > Levels and click on the default role used for commons users to edit it. Then, you should find this setting by scrolling down. 🙂

Hope this will help you fix this. Let me know if you need more explanations.

    Cheers,

    Hi Landarch.org,

Your settings seem right. Do you confirm me the group page is still restricted? If it’s the case, I’m afraid we have no clue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.

To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums: paidmembershipspro.com/support/
