This is something of a silly question (as in, I think I probably hit a toggle somewhere and made this happen), but my buddypress group type is being displayed in each group twice, stacked at the header. I’m attaching a screen shot.
Is there something I did to cause this?

Are you using a third party plugin or a php snippet to display the group type on the group page? I tried to repruce this, but it seems group types are not displayed by default on group page.

I’m not using a plug-in or php snippet, but I did figure out what was causing the double group type problem! I hit Groups > Group Types and when I selected the option to edit group type, I unchecked the “Show On Group: Show where group types may be listed, like in the group header” box and now I have a nice single group type displayed.
I’m not sure how I got it to show up on the group header in the first place if it isn’t the default setting. I’m not the best at WordPress – I just rely on your theme to make me look good. 😎
