HEADER DISAPPEARS EVERY NOW AND THEN – MOBILE!
my header from my mobile disappears every now and then.
Could you help me with this?
This problem is with the original blue header, but also if I replace it with another picture.to make it better clear, its only the picture disappears. I still can see text.
it makes no sense to send a picture, because everything is white. (no picture)
This is only on MOBILE. Desktop no problems.When I replace a picture in the customizer everything is ok. But after a while (5 minutes or some) same problem.

Have you installed a cache plugin on your website? It seems that a WordPress core file is tinified and it shouldn’t be.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date.
Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

No results.2nd check
Plug ins, there was only one to update – BP Better messages.
Result: header appeared again. Problems seems to be solved, but dont want to party to early. After 30 minutes still there.
Tomorrow we know for sure, I’ll let you know by tomorrow at the latest.so far thanx, until tomorrow:-)

Its only desktop full screen when I activate full screen mode in the customizer. Mobile only about 75%

This issue is not fix yet.
It’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin.
As I though, this issue came from a cache plugin. I took the liberty to deactivate SG Optimizer plugin. As you’ll notice, this issue is now resolved.
Please note that this issue is related with the settings of a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
