Hi @niqo,
Indeed it’s very odd!
Can you check if our compatibility plugin (Grimlock for Echo Knowledge Base) is also installed and activated on your site?
If this is not the case, you can download it here : http://files.themosaurus.com/grimlock-echo-knowledge-base/grimlock-echo-knowledge-base.zipThank you in advance for your feedback.
Best regards,

Hi @niqo,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It is normal that there are no options for this in the WP Customizer since the visual components for the Wiki inherits from the others options (colors, typography, etc.).
So could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Thank you.

Hi @niqo,
We have found the problem and your page is now displayed correctly.
It seems that the Knowledge base shortcode was misspelled (see screenshot) in the page. The extra markups was interfering with the html structure of the whole page and prevent the theme options to properly working!
I hope it helped!
Best regards,
