Hi, I recently purchased and installed the Gwangy theme, but when trying to edit the Hero section – well, it’s not there. I watched tutorials and went to Costomizing > Appearance and tan looked for the Hero edit option, but it’s not on the list

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Please be aware that the Hero doesn’t exist anymore since a few updates. The articles are still available for our older users that have a hero.
Our demo have been build with Gutenberg editor. It is the default editor for WordPress and is recommended for many reasons, including its ease of use, speed and lightness. To know more about how to use Gutenberg, I think this article from WP Beginner might help you: How to Use the WordPress Block Editor.
Note that we use widgets in our theme, more precisely in the footer. You will be able to use the customizer to change the look and add widgets in the widget areas defined by our theme. Both Grimlock widgets and Grimlock blocks have the same characteristics.

Hi thank you (and sorry for the misspellings in the previous comment. I will probably have some more here too:). I wiil checkout the tutorials, but can you please save me some time and help me find how to change the photo behind the menu in the homepage? The one in the photo I attached to my previous comment. i did managed to click on it and erase it, but haven’t found how to just replace it with a plain color or an uploaded photo. Thanks.

When editing your page, please click on the Grimlock block. In the style tab, you’ll be able to edit the background image, as well as the background-color. Please find the attached screenshot.
