Hi Themosaurus!
Could you help – Im spending ages trying to work out how to remove / change the border/ padding from the Home Page’s search box. Ive looked in both customizer and in the form editor. Ive got the youth child theme installed and changed the background image, but it still has the border from the background image that was pre-installed.

We’re sorry for your trouble.
As a matter of fact, this bit needs to be removed using some CSS code as it’s not accessible in the Customizer.To fix this, please navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS” in your admin panel and copy/paste in the following code snippet:
/* Remove Hero border form */ .grimlock-hero.region--12-cols-center-boxed .section__content:before { content: none; } /* Change color for the Hero border form */ /* You can control the opacity of the border with the « opacity » line (0 > 1, where 0.5 is the half) and the color with the « background » line (with hexadecimal value). */ .grimlock-hero.region--12-cols-center-boxed .section__content:before { background: #f5bf33; background-image: none; background-blend-mode: normal; opacity: 1; }It should do the trick. ?
