How can i change the post order in the main page?

Hi i’d like to learn how to change the sequence/order of the posts.

For example, right now, the post is ordered in 1234567. I want to change the order to 2356471. Or can i order them by update time or the number of views? And how can I change the first post (1 in attached image).
