Look at the screenshot above. Tell me how to add “Do not use email address as username” next to the username (required) in Account Details on the Registration page. I did look at another posts about the registration page but no specific information on how to add information to Account details where I can edit registration page?

To achieve that, you need to edit the default WordPress registration form. I think this topic from a third party plugin might catch your attention: Add text to the registration form.
