Hi,
Just started the site and spammers started to login. I see two users posted Chinese or something like that in my site (attached screenshot). How to avoid them. Please share the guide to set up recaptch or someother best method to avoid spammers.

One more issue I have noticed. In the user list user is not shown as spammer. But when we open the profile it shows the message as “This user has been marked as a spammer. Only site admins can view this profile”.

We recommend you to install/activate a global security plugin too (if it’s not already done).
