Hello Themosaurus,
I actually want to just contact someone but since I couldn’t find it on the website i’ll post it here.
I had the elementor activated on installation but I didn’t like it actually. So now I uninstalled it and now my about-us and coming-soon and a lot of other pages don’t work anymore.
Example:
For me it’s quiet hard to understand how to change the pages in general because when I go to -> Pages within the dashboard itself it seems all empty. Example:
I do understand you change a lot in the theme customizer but that works only for blogs and the homepage…
Please help?

All the content was imported with Elementor. So, the suppression of this plugin delete all the Elementor’s content.
If you don’t want to use Elementor anymore, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard. We suggest to relaunch the setup wizard to install the theme, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
