Hi @ryoichi,
We are glad that you enjoy using our theme 🙂
1. When you translate a plugin, you should put the .po and .mo files in “wp-content/languages/plugins”, otherwise it will get removed when you update the plugin.
2. The .po and .mo files should be named paid-memberships-pro-ja.po (the language code for Japanese is just “ja”).
