Hi! I currently have a problem with the login page.
I installed the Cera Intranet demo, but the login page for users without registration does not work. The homepage must be hidden until they register. How do I configure this option?
Another problem I have is that if I log in with a restricted user, it redirects the start to the desktop (/wp-admin) and not to the homepage. How do I solve this problem? I also have problems when I want to access notifications or messages, it redirects me to the login page and does not enter.
I need help with all these problems that are very serious for my client. Do you need a wordpress admin user to see these inconveniences?
Thank you so much!

Hi Crodriguez,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We recommend My Private Website to make you entire website private. Simply install and activate this plugin, and then go to the plugin settings page (Settings > Private Site) in order to adjust options according to your needs.
If you need more help, this tutorial seems to explain every steps in great details: How to Make Your WordPress Blog Completely Private.
Concerning your second request, we recommend that you use Login With Ajax as it can help you with redirecting users to a page after they have logged in. Simply activate the plugin and go to “Settings > Login With Ajax”. There, under “Redirection Settings”, you will be able to set the URL that you wish to redirect them to.
Usually, we won’t recommend using both Grimlock Login and Login With AJAX as they almost serve a similar purpose (styling the login forms) but in your case, Login With Ajax will make the login experience a bit smoother using Ajax and it will also provide the redirection needed. On the other hand, Grimlock Login will keep on handling the styling for default WP login forms, when -and only when- they’re visited by your members.

But the second, i think that i’m not explain correctly. I have a video showing you the problem. Can I send it to an email?
Once logged in, if I want to go to messages, notifications or profile settings, it asks me for a new login. I need help to solve that! How do I configure correctly? Thanks!

Hi Crodriguez,
Glas to read I was able to help you with your first issue.
You can use SwissTransfer to generate a link and post it in a private reply.
Are you using Paid Memberships Pro? In that case, could you please deactivate it temporarily and check if this issue still occurs?

Hi Crodriguez,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the screencast doesn’t work.
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Crodriguez,
Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin.
We took a look and our best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.

Hi! I disabled all additional plugins and code snippets that I had installed and the problem persists. Plugins and theme are updated to the latest version.
The only way to stop this error from persisting is to disable the My private Site plugin. Another plugin that solves this question? Can you check the site again now with everything disabled? Thanks!

Hi Crodriguez,
Thank you for your feedback.
I’m afraid we do not have a clue of what going on with this plugin. 🤔
This issue might come from a misconfiguration of My Private Website, or a real issue that needs to be fixed by the plugin authors.
As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide. To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums: zatzlabs.com/submit-ticket
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
