Hello,
I installed Gwangi a few days ago, I didn’t succeed to finish the installation of plugins, and my site is blocked with an HTTP ERROR 500 Page. After contacting my hosting support, it seems to be caused by the plugin Grimlock.
Also we can read this in the Google Console :
speed-dating.love/wp-admin/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
I’m waiting for your help.
Regards, Jeremy

Hi @yungsun17,
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience.
This is very strange as our plugin is not breaking any other client website. Could please confirm that your hosting server provides PHP 7+?
Could you share the content of your
debug.log
file with us please? You can post the content of this file as plain text in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.After having reviewed your next reply, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.
If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.
Thank you.

Starting from December 21, 2020 until the January 3, 2021 included, our response is expected to be longer as we’ll be facing a shortage of staff. Be sure we’ll do our best to provide you the best support possible.
We thank you for your understanding and we wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year. ??

Hello thank you for the response,
I can post the debug but I should restore my site as it was before having installed the plugiin Grimlock. Will it be useful ?
Otherwise I think that my hosting server provides PHP 7+, I will ask the confirmation to my hosting support.
Regards, Jeremy

@yungsun17 You’re correct, we need to review the debug.log with Grimlock installed to know more about the error that it is triggering. Otherwise, we won’t be able to help you further.
In any case, we should wait for your hosting service support to confirm that:
– They do provide PHP7+ and
– PHP7+ is activated for your website. In the meantime, we already wish you a happy new year! ??
