I have followed the install instructions and double checked everything but when I get to the step where we go in the User –> Profile Fields, I only have 2 buttons: Add New User and Edit Group. The only other thing I noticed that seemed different than the instructions when I did the install was that the BuddyPress Settings under Component tab, the last two items BuddyPress Core and Community were not selected nor selectable. Not sure why that is? Or if it is related?

We’re really sorry to read about the issue that you’re facing. Actually, it seems that we haven’t updated our documentation regarding the BuddyPress setup steps. Since 2.0.0, the generated default fields has been removed as those fields are dynamically generated during the demo installation.
Can you tell me which demo did you installed and which fields are you looking for?
