    I am seeing the error messages after user signs up for courses.

    The courses will be activated as soon as you confirm your email address. Important! You must click on the confirmation URL sent to YOUR EMAIL before you gain full access to your courses.

    Issue was resolved by commenting following code in Learndash Paid Membership Pro Addon:
