Thank you for reaching out to us. 🙂
I’m sorry to read that. What do you get when trying to login? Are you rejected by a security plugin? Do you get a wrong password notice?
I’m not sure we are the best to help you, we’re theme authors. But we’ll do our best and try to find a solution.

Thank you for your feedback.
If i’m not mistaken, the modal login is activated. However, it seems a third party plugin prevents the modal from displaying.
To log in, you can add
/wp-adminin the url of your website. That’s the standard way to log in with WordPress. Then, can you please deactivate the modal feature in Customize > Appearance > Login ?
If you really want to use the modal to display the login form, we need to find out from where this issue is coming from. Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.

I took a look and it seems this issue is caused by Accordion FAQ plugin. Deactivating this plugin seems to solve this issue.
As this issue is related to this third party plugin, I suggest you to report that to the plugin’s authors. They will be more suited to help you: Accordion FAQ support.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
