I’m unable to log in from my mobile even as an admin? actually it’s the same from the computer as well. It takes me to this strange Dashboard and when I navigate to the homepage of the website, it logs me out. Please see screenshot of the screen that appears after logging in.

My first guess is that you don’t have all the access in your website. I think this is related to a plugin.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? Can you please deactivate Paid Membership Pro as well to see if you can access your dashboard correctly?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
