Hello again dear Gwangi support team.

As my title said, I need a section before the directory to place a little slider with ‘love sentences’.

I used Easy Custom Sidebars as seen on some forum’s topics, my little slider is displayed before the Directory. But also before the Swap, and before the gropups list… My problem is I want the site display the slider ONLY before directory.

I don’t know if I make some mistake or so…

Can you help me with that?

    Thanks a lot – again 🙂

The slider is also displayed on the home page, between hero and page content… That’s not what I wanted…

    What have I done wrong?

    Hi @gillesderon,

When creating a custom sidebar with Easy Custom Sidebars, please make sure to add the pages in which you you wish to see the new sidebar (see attached). In your settings, there was only your “test” page added which is not your directory page.

Also, what’s confusing on your website is that you’re using a Grimlock Section with a slider shortcode on every pages (Before Content widget area) and trying to display the slider widget on your directory page (Before directory widget area). The results are really similar which creates the impression that the sidebar is not correctly overridden.

If that’s not necessary, I would advise to remove the extra widgets from Before Content as it might complicate your administration of these areas in the future.

    Cheers,

    Hi @themosaurusrex,

    I’m sorry, I think I was very tired…
You’re right, the directory and swap pages was not added…
    I’m so confused.

Thanks a lot for your time and work.
