Up::0Hello. I just bought MatchPress and started using it right away.
I have also bought and used Gwangi before.I have questions,
When users swipe using MatchPress, they can block, Like, SuperLike, etc. another user.
Where can I find information?
(I would like to confirm this as an administrator.)I think it’s stored somewhere in BuddyPress or a database.
“Like is coming from user!” I would like to be able to issue an alert.July 21, 2024 at 07:24 #48328@roboraptor- 0 Topics

Hi jyk808,
Thank you for buying our theme and MatchPress. We hope these solutions will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Sorry, I don’t quite understand you request. What information would you like to have ? How many likes/dislikes were sent from which users ? Because this information is confidential and you can’t get it, even as an administrator. 🤔
In case you want to do some analytics, I’m afraid you’ll have to achieve that with custom development, as MatchPress doesn’t provide this.
Concerning an alert when a user likes another, I’m afraid it doesn’t work that way. Both users are notified only when they liked each other.
Hope I was able to provide you with the necessary information.
Cheers,

Manathan, thank you for your reply.
What I wanted to do was
For example, with a global matching app such as “Match”,
On the user’s own menu, something like “You received a Like from another user”.
I think it will be displayed, but I was wondering if it would be possible to reproduce it with MatchPress.I was able to resolve this issue on my own.
I am also using Gwangi at the same time.
If you send Like/Superlike to someone, how will it be communicated to the other person, and will it not be recorded as log information
As I thought, I’ve received a Like from the other party on the BuddyPress notification.
I can confirm that it is displayed.I think I need to actually operate this area a little more and check the behavior.
I’m also looking for documentation on the MatchPress official website and this forum.
It would be nice if there was some sort of manual that included screen displays for this area…I am writing this while translating it into English using an app.
Please forgive me for not being very good at English.
Please let me ask you another question in the near future.
Thank you.July 28, 2024 at 04:51 #48386@roboraptor- 0 Topics

Hi,
Thank you for these clarifications.
- “You received a Like from another user” notification : Thank you for sharing this idea. It might be exciting for the users to know how many likes they received, without knowing exactly who send the likes. It will motivate users to come back and swipe. At this point, it is not possible without a some custom development. However, as your idea could be a nice addition to our plugin, we’ll implement this feature if other users mark their interest.
- Concerning your second point, I’m afraid it is not clear. Can you reformulate, please ?
- All documentation we created at this point is here : doc.themosaurus.com
