Hello,
I have built two diffrent websites with your themes.
As you can see on the first paint images you can see that all options are there to separate the logged in and not logged in. These options are not available with the second paint images, also website.
Also, on the same themes where the applications are not applicable, I only get SPAM. I would like my subscribers to pay, how can I apply this?
Do you have any tips how I can solve the problems?
Thank you in advance.January 2, 2022 at 15:47 #37800@roboraptor- 0 Topics

Hi @roos2021,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
First of all, could you please make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date? Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you for bring this other request to our attention. We’re glad to answer any question related with the setup of our theme.
However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.
Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem. So, could you move your other question into a different topic, please? One question = one topic.
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that!We wish you the best for 2022. 🥂

Hi @Manathan
Thanks for your quick response. I did what you instructed. All plugins are up-to-date. The Menu ( login ) problem has not been resolved. How can I separate logged in customers from visitors?
I will ask my other questions in a new topic. Any other tips, how can i solve the problem?
Also the best wishes for 2022.
Thanks in advance.January 4, 2022 at 08:24 #37872@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Hi @roos2021,
Thank you for your feedback! We have no idea why these options are not displayed. 🤔
It’s best if we take a quick look at this… Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin.
It seems Grimlock for BuddyPress is not installed. i tried to install it manually but it seems there already is a file in the plugin folder. Can you please download Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin and add it by ftp?

I think there is something that prevent this plugin to be installed on your server. It’s strange as all is working fine on our side. 🤔
Do you have the access to your ftp? Can you please make sure that there is no actual Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin in
wp-content > plugins
?If there is, can you please delete it and replace it with the plugin you just downloaded?
If there isn’t, can you please just place the plugin you downloaded?
We’re waiting for your feedback.
