You can use the List block. This is a default block from Gutenberg. Please find the attached screenshot.

Sorry Seweryn, I didn’t catch that it was concerning the sidebar.
Note that you can use the same block. However, it seems that Gutenberg doesn’t take unordered list into consideration. To make the bullet point visible, simply add the following code snippet to your website:
/** * FIX: attribute the bullets into the list placed in sidebars */ .widget-area .widget_block ul{ list-style:inside; }
To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.Regards,
