    hello I can not post images in groups, the image is uploaded but then deleted and not published

    Hi @chilepower,

    After a quick check, it seems to work very well on the activity feed on a group profile page (cf. screenshot).
    Maybe I didn’t understand the issue?

    the image loads but it is not displayed at the moment of choosing it

    Hi @chilepower,

    This is because your RTmedia plugin has been configured with the “auto upload” feature (Habilitar la carga directa).
    After disabling this option, the media will upload after clicking on “publish” (Enviar actualización).

    I have activated the direct load but I can not find the option to deactivate the automatic load

    This option is available via Rtmedia > Settings (Configurar).
    Then at the very bottom of the first screen > “Habilitar la carga directa”. This option must be set to “off”.
