Repeating sections might appear if you have imported your widgets twice or launched your setup wizard twice. To avoid the hassle of resetting the database and relaunching the setup again, the simplest next action should be to manually delete the unnecessary duplicates.
These section are dummy content anyway, made to help you getting started. It’s best if you edit them or create new ones.
I’ve also visited your website as requested and everything seems OK. Some smaller issues will be improved when you will start adding dummy users and more data to your website.
