hello, after purchasing the template, we tried to install the demo but going to theme setup the result is a gray page. The wizard however does not start. Can you help us please? we can’t go on

Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: WordPress Requirements.
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.

Thanks for the reply. all requirements are met. version PHP -> 7.4.19, version WP -> 5.8.1

Thank you for sharing this with us.
This issue might come from multiple places. Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you start again the Theme Setup?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date.
