I liked the theme and bought it, but unfortunately, I had difficulty dealing with it, I am currently facing a problem which is the inability of members to add some of them as friends in addition to the absence of the private messages icon on the member’s profile picture + the inability to respond to incoming private messages.greetings to you all .

What you’re looking for are BuddyPress features. Can you please make sure these features are activated in Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress? Please find the attached screenshot.

I did, but unfortunately the icons are not visible to regular members, they are only visible to the admin.regards,

The fact that only the admin can use these features make us thing that this issue might be related to Paid Memberships Pro. Can you please deactivate it to see if it solve this issue?
If the deactivation of PMPro plugin solves this issue, it means it is caused by a misconfiguration of Paid Memberships Pro. In that case, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.

Thank you for the clarification, the issue has been resolved.
The solution was by giving powers to members by Paid Memberships Pro plugin.
