hey, I’m trying to install the Gwanji Youth theme. I’m following the video 100% (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IWW03B_6d4&feature=youtu.be) until the Import Wedpress screen (3.43 in video), there is no confirmation screen. After this not all the widgets install (3.42). Then when I get to (3.59) in the video, those dropdown options aren’t available – only activate, activity, groups, members…
Please advise how I can get this theme installed? Cheers, M.
Hi Mark,
If you don’t see a confirmation screen after the WordPress import that means the import process has failed halfway through and the same probably happened with the widgets too. That is also the reason why you don’t have the same options in the dropdown, because all the pages weren’t correctly imported as the import failed.
Did you do it on a fresh WordPress install? If not can you try again on a fresh install?
If the import process still fails halfway through then the problem is probably with your server configuration. In that case you might have to increase the PHP memory limit by following this process:

If you don’t feel comfortable changing these values you can also contact your host to help you with that.
If you can’t increase these values one last thing you can try is reimporting the content again after it fails until you get the confirmation screen (don’t worry, the import process will skip content that is already imported so you will not get duplicates).
