Hello,
I have purchased the Cera theme and downloaded all files.
What is the first step to installing this theme?
The Cera Getting Started page, which states that it has “Cera and Demo Content Installation tutorials” has no such tutorials. The documentation provided with the download gives no instructions at all.
I have downloaded the theme and nothing else. What is the first step?

However, I have just discovered that in order to use the Cera theme in WordPress, I need to pay for a WordPress Business Plan, which costs $267.82 US dollars per year.
The fact that in order to use the Cera template, users must spend an additional $267.82 every year is not stated anywhere on the Cera page, which most definitely warrants a full refund.
Please inform me how to apply for a refund for this product.

Can you be more specific please? When you say “Business plan” are you referring to the plans from WordPress.com?
This plan is not mandatory to make our theme work. You can download WordPress freely and install it on the server from the hosting service of your choice. Most of them provide also support and a monthly price inferior to WordPress.com.
