is there a way to display the user subscription (forums and topics subscribed) in a page called (your subscription)

In case you’re using BuddyPress, you should find the subscribed forums in the user’s profile. Please find the attached screenshot.

I’m not sure to understand what you’re trying to achieve. 🤔
To use a link in a button, for exemple, you have to re-use the url of the page but replace the name of the user by “me”:
mywebsite.com/members/me/forums/subscriptions/Hope this will help you.
