Hi, I just bought your theme. I tried to install the ‘dating demo’ with the one-click theme setup option. But instead of the dating demo, it installs the classic one. I’ve also tried the other ones, but no dating demo was included. So I deleted every file and made sure I have a clean word press database. Could you please check the problems with the demo and fix it. That particular Dating demo was the reason why I bought your theme, so it would be great if it worked. 🙂
Thanks in advance
Best regards

Hi @ahmet,
Could you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Cheers,

Hi @amet,
We restarted the installer and everything seems to have ended successfully.
On the other hand, it seems that one of the steps has been “skipped”: the dating look and feel (part of a file imported customization file). After some investigation, it seems that you have renamed the theme (gwangi) by another name.
This can cause a lot of issues (Buggy updates via Envato Market or failed import of WordPress customization files -> .dat files).I absolutely advise you to rename the folder to “gwangi” (trhough you ftp) and after that you will have two options:
– Do a Fresh install and a new theme setup (the WP Reset plugin will help you : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/).
– Import only the missing “.dat” file (https://files.themosaurus.com/gwangi/demos/dating/customizer.dat) with the “Customizer import/export” plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/).Best Regards,

Hi @ahmet,
Sorry for the miscommunication but I think I have clearly understood your concern and the answer I gave above will probably solve your issue.
By inspecting the code of your site, I see that the name of your theme folder is “Hayirlisi“.
The name of this folder MUST be “gwangi” otherwise the customization contents (like those of the dating demo > pink) will never be imported.
The theme will therefore have the “default” contents (those of the classic demo > blue). So I advise you to rename the folder to “gwangi” and after that you will have these two options:
– Simply import only the missing “.dat” file (https://files.themosaurus.com/gwangi/demos/dating/customizer.dat for the dating contents) with the “Customizer import/export” plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/).
– Or do a Fresh install and a new theme setup (the WP Reset plugin will help you : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) like you did before.I hope everything will be fine :).
Best Regards,
