Hi @rizenindia,
As I said on your previous topic: if a user opens or closes the navigation by manually clicking on the hamburger button, the status will be saved and the navigation bar will remain open or closed, depending on their preference.

Hi Manathan,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Even after making the suggested changes and if manually clicked on the hamburger button, the navigation bar is not opened by default.
Kindly Suggest.

Hi @rizenindia,
Can you give me the version of your Cera theme, please?
Can you confirm that the “Vertical Navigation Default State” setting is checked in “Appearance > Navigation > Layout”?
The feature that makes the navigation state remain from page to page (closed or open) has been integrated in v1.1.2.

Hi @rizenindia,
Thank you for your feedback. 🙂
You’re using an outdated version of the theme. Could you please try to update your theme to the latest version to see if it fixes the issue ?
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
Cheers,

Hi @rizenindia,
You have recently given the following rating to Cera:
https://themeforest.net/ratings/3185882Our support does not seem to reach your standards.
We have at heart to provide our community with the best possible support, all centralized on the same platform. That way, it’s easier for us to keep track of issues and share screenshots, walkarounds, code snippets or video tutorials in order to help you to find the best solution.
To do so, we ask our community to comply to verify simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject. This way, it is easier for our support team to manage the overall flow of customer questions, which helps handle all requests, including yours, faster.
We’re usually experiencing a significant volume of enquiries and our response time could be up to 1 business day. This delay helps us to handle the queue and make sure that all customers benefit from the best support possible.
By complying those simple rules, you can rest assured that we will handle your request as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @themosaurusrex,
It has been 3+ days and there is no update or solution provided for our above query since our rating. This is really disappointing and so unprofessional.
Kindly suggest on solving the above issue at the earliest.
Thanks

Hi @rizenindia,
Thank you for sharing your honest opinion.
We ask our community to comply to verify simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject. This very easy requirement has still not been respected by you as you keep on posting topics including multiple subsections and it make our support job more difficult.
Please update your theme. That should fix your issue.
Thank you.
