Hello, I’m creating my website with Gorgo theme and I’m having a problem. I created some pages and used Paid Memberships Pro options to block theme, so just subscribed users can access it.
What’s happening is that non subscribers go to a page almost empty, with a button that doesn’t even work and I don’t know where to change it.
I edited “Restric Access” but I don’t know what that page is for as it doesn’t show up, never!The page non subscribers are seeing is this: https://www.bloglogia.pt/apoio-parcerias/
Isn’t it possible to create a page myself, even with Elementor, and set it as the page the land when they don’t have access to the content?
I searched a lot about this in Paid Membership Pro foruns but it seems something in this theme is overwriting the default options of the plugin.

Your button doesn’t work because you certainly didn’t finish the installation of Paid Membership Pro plugin. You have to create and set the Access Restricted page in Dashboard > Memberships > Settings > Pages. Then, you have to create a subscribe form wish will give to the member the right level.
Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.

I have everything like you show in your printscreens. I edited the Restric Access page, without removing shortcode, and I set it as the Restric Access page option. But it’s not working anyway.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

The page had a blank template. This is why your page has not been customized like the others.
For PMPro, another field had to be defined as well. Can you confirm this is working well now, please?
