Maybe I’m missing something, with all social media sites, if you are logged out you will see a home page asking to log in or sign up, and if you are logged in you might be directed to your feed or what have you. How do I set it up so that people visiting the website not logged in see a log in page? I dont believe thats not a page included in the demo. and obviously if you are signed in it has to not show. How do I set this up?
Is there any walkthrough I am not aware of for setting up the site beyond the installation? Seems a little cluttered and I’m finding it hard to start.
My site is pinonboard.com I have the demo installed, and successfully removed the redundant wordpress top bar for users.
Thank you!

Hi @wervil,
Thank you for your great question!
You’re correct this is not standard behavior for WordPress or BuddyPress. Can you confirm that you’re trying to mimic this demo?
https://intranet.cera-theme.com/In that case, we recommend My Private Website (https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-private-site/) if you wish to make you entire website private. Simply install and activate this plugin, and then go to the plugin settings page (Settings > Private Site) in order to adjust options according to your needs.
If you need more help, this tutorial seems to explain every steps in great details:
