Hi, I’m having trouble registering and logging in to my website. When I enter, instead of directing to another page, it is stuck on the same login page, it just changes the menu bar but the site page remains the same, I want that when entering, it is directed to another page, in my case, the activities page, I reset my wordpress site, I installed the Gwangi theme and again and the plugins, I registered and logged in and the same problem occurred.
I was guided to disable all plugins that were not installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets but it didn’t work, what can I do?

Hi Cristian,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Concerning the redirection, we recommend that you use Login With Ajax as it can help you with redirecting users to a page after they have logged in. Simply activate the plugin and go to “Settings > Login With Ajax”. There, under “Redirection Settings”, you will be able to set the URL that you wish to redirect them to.
Usually, we won’t recommend using both Grimlock Login and Login With AJAX as they almost serve a similar purpose (styling the login forms) but in your case, Login With Ajax will make the login experience a bit smoother using Ajax and it will also provide the redirection needed. On the other hand, Grimlock Login will keep on handling the styling for default WP login forms, when -and only when- they’re visited by your members.
Best,
