I’ve been running into issues with the Login Page and I can’t seem to make Paid membership Pro and the Memberships/Logins work correctly.
I did setup my Login Page at Customize > Apperance > Login, but It’s not working. This is what it looks like: https://ibb.co/BKLqdhFI also checked the “Display login and register buttons in the nav bar”-box, since I wanted both the login and register buttons.
I made sure to check the “Anyoine can register” and that is also setup – still not working/showing the register button.I only have that one login-page and I’m wondering if Paid Membership Pro is “overwriting” something? – I can’t make it work.

It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Ok, found the solution! 🎉
Paid Memberships Pro is overriding the standard Login Page that our theme allows you to customize. However, you can choose not to use the PMPro login page and use the standard WordPress Login Page in Dashboard > Memberships > Settings > Pages > Log In Page and choose “Use WordPress Default“.
I did it for you. 🙂

Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be the Really simple SSL plugin, that kept disabling the Anyone can register feature. So by changing that in Settings > SSL & Secutiry > Hardening > Disable “anyone can register” it now works.
I still haven’t been able to get it to show the login-page that I setup in the customizer.. xD

Where do you click to get this login page ? The only login button I get is the one on the top right of the screen, which opens a modal.
So, I went to Customize > Appearance > Login, then, I set Login button behaviour on “Link to Login Page”. I refreshed the page, and I got the right login page.

You’re magical lol – now it works for me too. I even cleared cache and cookies so I have no idea what happened.
I didn’t have it for “Link to Login Page”, so might have been the issue..Another issue down, a few more to go.. 🙂

No worries, I’m having a ton of fun! – I enjoy the process of making everything work together – even when it’s not supposed to lol..
For me this is minor issues and nothing crazy – no software is without issues – people should know that for sure. 🙂So far I’m still super impressed with the theme and happy about the purchase – and your guys on the support team! 🙂
