Hi. When a user try to reset login password an email is sent to the user inbox with a link to change the password, the link takes the user to the wordpress login page. How do I fix this issue.

Yes, it’s installed . I tried to even look for the possible solution by going through the buddy press emails but there were 63 email templates and none were related to password reset. I thought of changing the url in the email. Confused

Hi @kalleshibg,
To our surprise, Login With Ajax doesn’t seem to provide options to set this email or the link it contains… ?
Also, the Email post type shown in WP Admin is created by BuddyPress and doesn’t include the “Forgot Password Email” notification. You can choose to edit this email with Custom Forgot Password Mail (https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-forgot-mail/) or with custom code, like described in the following post:
This second solution will require custom development work. If you have never written PHP code by yourself before, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
In the meantime, we’re looking to provide similar styles for the WP login forms and Login With Ajax forms. This way, redirections to WP login pages will be smoother and less disturbing for users. This will be included in the coming weeks.
Best regards,

Hi @kalleshibg,
Unfortunately, it seems the standard WP behavior is still applied with the “Lost Password” feature from Login With Ajax.
We’re looking to provide similar styles for the WP login forms and Login With Ajax forms. This way, redirections to WP login pages will be smoother and less disturbing for users. This will be included in the coming weeks. Please also note that this issue is related with the setting of Login With Ajax, not with the use of our theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/login-with-ajaxWe remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
Regards,
