Sorry about the late reply, we’re experiencing a much larger number of requests than usual so our wait times are longer than expected.
Your website does not seem to be online so I’m not able to test this for myself. Did you try to edit or replace the menu item you’re referring to ? It’s possible that our demo has a custom link with some “#” in it. Simply replace this by your URL or remove this item and add the desired page menu item to your menu.
It should solve your issue.
