    the support is really bad. i have a question and i can’t ask it. actually you don’t have support, this is a forum.

    it works here, so i’ll do it here.

    i wanted to look at the matchpress dating site. it doesn’t work there are no members.

    I think you can’t post a topic in MatchPress forum because you haven’t set your purchase code on your profile. Can you edit your profile to fill the dedicated field? This way, you’ll be able to create and answer to topics in the MatchPress forum as well.

    We have support, we just support our users through a forum based support. This way, we can share solution and share information with other users. Note that if needed, you can privatize a reply so only our team can read the sensitive information it contains. 😉

    Thank you for reporting this! There are multiple users on MatchPress demo, but it seems they all have already been swiped! We regularly reset the swiped users to prevent that, but it seems many users have logged in recently. Be sure we’ll fix this soon! Sorry for the inconvenient.
