Hello,
I am having trouble finding where I can add an image to the mega menu exactly as shown in your demo. See attached. This is how I want it to appear. How and where is this done in the CMS?

Hi Mike,
When editing the menu, you have to edit the menu-image item. We wrote an article in our documentation about that: Creating Mega Menus.

Hi, I followed your instructions. Sorry, that doesn’t work. See attached. I don’t get the same options as what’s show in your video instruction.
I tried to click the “add Image/Icon” it doesn’t nothing. It freezes up the screen, actually. Strange.
Why don’t I see the same thing as in your video? Something’s off. Either way, it didn’t work.

Indeed, you had to click on add “Image/Icon”. It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
