Can you please provide us with screenshots of your website? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight your screenshots to help us better understand your issue.
Maybe can you also create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.

Thanks for the credentials.
Fortunately We found the problem.
This issue comes from a bad configuration of the Paid Membership Pro plugin (+BuddyPress addon).You must configure the plugin according to your needs. In your case, the old configuration did not allow you to see the members at all.
