This is a new setup, and all I did was remove blocks from the homepage and remove Menu Items from Apperance >> Menus
When I go to the members page, it says No Members found.. although I am the only member (Administrator) registered on the site.. it doesn’t show my account in the list.

Could you please go to Customize > BuddyPress > Members Directory > Directory and make sure the Hide Myself feature is unchecked? Please find the attached screenshot.
