In members swap it has two bugs:
1. When you are going to pass it to one side or the other, the image rises and it goes wrong, instead of doing it in a straight line because it does not (see the photo of members swap).
2. When I have the web in Spanish and I am going to look at swap men or swap women, it tells me that there is no one and it is not true because if I have profiles, in English it works well but in Spanish it does not (see the photo woman swap Spanish).February 12, 2021 at 08:47 #28785
Concerning your first issue, my best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
if this issue is still not solved, could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Will we be free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you for bring this second issue to our attention. We’re glad to answer any question related with the setup of our theme.
However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.
Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem.
So, could you move your other question into a different topic, please? One question = one topic.
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! 🙂
Thank you.February 12, 2021 at 11:57 #28820
Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin. 🙂
After taking a look at your site, I noticed that it is currently using an outdated version of the theme. Could you please try to update your theme to the latest version to see if it fixes the issue ?
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.

We have just released a new update of Member Swap. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:
