    For all membership pages, I want to use theme demo layout, but its not coming.

    I want to make them look exactly like theme demo (all membership pages), can you tell me now can I do that.

    They are not errors, so adding wp-config won’t work. The issue is with the layout, why they don’t look same as theme demos. Do I need to add extra css or styles.

    Also, please make my question private if you can, I want to ask these questions privately.

    Can you please recheck the knowledge press page now, it should work fine now. Also, please tell me how can I send you my login details for checking membership pages layout issue.

    Because installing Paid membership pro and gimlock plugin for paid membership break my website, like the issue you have just seen. I want this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. Please look into that urgently.

    Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    It seems that everything was in order, but there was no article in the Knowledge Base. I created 3 categories and 3 articles, everything seems to work fine.

    Hello Manathan, I am not able to access my login page of WordPress which should be at domain.com/wp-admin, can you please confirm this.

    For example, click on the news link from the sidebar menu, it should redirect people to login page but because login page is not workinng anymore, it is redirecting them to error page.
