Hi,
I have enabled private message notification. Since then, I have a fixed notification banner “you have a message” which is displayed on all the pages of the site and which absolutely cannot be removed (the cross is inoperative).Also, I have no messages in my inbox.
I was wrong: it is the rtMedia plugin. The option “display a message” appears in the “settings” tab then “other settings”.
I disabled the banner.

In fact, the problem is not really solved, because I simply disabled the notification.
The headband was also unfailable on mobile.
It’s rather better to have a notification than not at all, but hey..Do you think you have an idea of the problem?

It is therefore visible throughout the site when the option is activated, without there being any messages.

We took a look and we think you should report this to the rtMedia plugin’s authors as this issue is related to this plugin. They might have a solution we don’t know of. 🤔
