i am using dating theme my website
my proble is user cant send message to any user its saying your membership is not allowed after purchasing …may i know please resolve this user can send messages to each other

We remind you that a theme affects the presentation and visual style of your site, while plugins add all kinds of features and functionality. The messaging feature is managed by BuddyPress plugin. Please note that this plugin is not created by us. We integrated this plugin to our theme to make it fit to the general appearance by adding style with css. However, we did not modify this feature. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide. When an issue concern a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme, it’s best if you reach the plugin authors.
In your case, you told me that you get this message:
Your membership does not allow to use messages.
As this issue seems related to the membership level, I really think this issue is caused by a misconfiguration of Paid Memberships Pro plugin. My best guess is that the message feature is not allowed for this specific membership level.
I hope this will help you to understand where this issue might coming from.
