Good morning, I followed this video https://doc.themosaurus.com/customize-the-cities-grid-menu/ but among my screen options is missing the image section. Why does this happen? do I have to install some optional plugins? I will unblock the options screen I see. There should be the writing “image” that is “immagine” (in italian) but it is not there.

As described at the beginning of the article, you must install and activate the menu image plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-image/).
Then you should have the image option for menu items.Let me know if it helps you.
