Hi @rodattac, 🙂
We’re really sorry to read that.
Our best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
To find out where this issue comes form, the first thing to do is to deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup. Can you also remove all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
We’re waiting for your feedback. Be sure we’ll do our best to solve this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you.

I guess its BP Profile Search that crush the home page. I deactivated everything and identify the plugin that cause the issue.
Could you help to have the homepage and the plugin together?
It ‘s an important plugin and it also is important that our homepage works
Thanks

Thank you for your feedback @rodattac.
Can you confirm all plugins are up to date please?
If it’s the case, it’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Be sure we’ll do our best as we presume your website is online and used by users.
Thank you.

Thank you for your patience @rodattac.
After browsing your website and updating some plugins, here are the two problems detected:
- The search form doesn’t appear on the homepage
- The video doesn’t play on the hero
Can you confirm that these are the current issues, please?
Best,

First of all, can you set the in WP-rocket add on cloud fare to development test if you log as an admin to change our settings. I put a screenshot for the next time you interact.
Well, the form code [bps_form id=204 template=members/bps-form-home] located in appeareance> appearence> banner has been deleted from the home page because it crashed the homepage
In fact, the home form doesn’t appear
In the case of the video, in my browser it works but in your case not . It seems there is a problème somewhere.

To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
More on this in the following topic: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
Thank you.

Thank you @rodattac. 🙂
However, nothing seems related to this issue.
I notice several plugins have to be updated, do not hesitate to keep them up to date to avoid conflicts.
We tried to reproduce this issue on our end, but I’m afraid we couldn’t get the same result.
As this issue is related with the BP Profile Search, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/bp-profile-search/Concerning the logs, it is very likely to be caused by a server misconfiguration. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you.
We hope they will be able to help you solve this issue.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
Best,
